Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled 1C Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

Purpose of the role:
As a 1C Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and improving an internal ERP system. Your work will include building robust solutions, implementing complex integrations, and enhancing existing modules. You’ll also explore new technologies beyond the 1C stack, collaborating closely with senior developers to create scalable, high-performance systems that support efficient operations and effective knowledge sharing across the team.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the development process of an internal ERP product;
• Work side-by-side with Senior 1C developers, contribute in common knowledge, investigate new technologies;
• Improve existing and implement new modules.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in 1C:Enterprise 8 development (managed forms, web client);
• Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects;
• Good analytical skills;
• Experience in financial reporting development;
• Experience with integrations via REST API, ADO, ODBC (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ is a plus);
• Readiness to learn new technologies beyond the 1C stack;
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English;
• Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral);
• Experience in developing custom 1C applications and working on large projects;
• Experience in database architecture development, ACID principles understanding.
