We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Executive/

Sales Manager to drive our growth across the NORAM market.

You’ll be selling a B2B SaaS platform that helps retail operators streamline operations, improve

inventory control, and increase revenue through data-driven decision-making.

This is a fast-paced, full-cycle role where you actively generate opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue.


What You’ll Do

  • Generate pipeline through cold outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Maintain clean and structured pipeline in CRM
  • Consistently hit activity and revenue targets


What We Expect (Must-Have)

3+ years of experience in B2B sales

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation (cold outreach)
  • Experience selling to US/Canada markets
  • Fluent English (C1+) — strong verbal communication
  • Ability to work 19:00 – 04:00 Tbilisi time
  • Strong discipline and accountability (you do what you commit to)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or IT services
  • Experience working in small teams / startups
  • Experience managing full sales cycle independently
