About the Role

We need an AI Engineer to become the architect of our internal efficiency.

Our operations—from Marketing and Retention to Risk and Finance. Your mission is to perform a total tech audit, identify where manual work is killing our speed, and rеplасе it with intelligent, automated systems.

In this role, you will:

• Partner with Marketing, Product, Retention, Risk, Operations, and other departments to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities;

• Conduct AI opportunity audits across departments and prioritize high-impact use cases;

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions using existing tools (LLMs, workflow automation platforms, AI copilots, etc.);

• Improve internal workflows, reporting, communication flows, and repetitive operational processes;

• Evaluate and sеlесtAI tools and vendors based on business needs;

• Measure and report the business impact (cost savings, time reduction, productivity gains);

• Drive AI adoption and change management across teams;

• Act as an internal AI advisor, educating stakeholders on practical AI applications.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Experience in AI-driven process optimization, automation, or digital transformation;

• Strong understanding of AI tools ecosystem (LLMs, automation platforms, AI copilots, no-code/low-code tools);

• Ability to translate business problems into practical AI use cases;

• Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing operational costs;

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills;

• Analytical mindset with ability to assess ROI and prioritize initiatives;

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment;

• Experience in iGaming is a strong plus.
