About Bloomex:
Bloomex operates 20+ e-commerce brands across Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Our marketing team depends on consistent and accurate reporting to track performance across platforms. We’re looking for a full-time, in-office Virtual Assistant to support the team by updating pre-built marketing reports in Google Sheets and Excel.What You’ll Do:

• Update existing marketing reports in Google Sheets and Excel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Pull data from various platforms (access provided), including:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Microsoft Ads
  • Google Analytics
  • SEMrush
  • Internal admin dashboards
• Input key metrics such as spend, revenue, ROAS, impressions, and sales, following clearly marked source links in each spreadsheet.
• Maintain and organize reports including:
  • Daily spend and performance
  • Weekly SEO tracking
  • Social media stats
  • Corporate sales and reputation management

Who You Are:

• Detail-oriented and reliable — accuracy is crucial for this role.
• Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools.
• Familiar with Google Sheets and basic Excel functions (e.g., sum, filter, sorting).
• Focused, organized, and able to work independently on routine reporting tasks.
• Reading comprehension in English is essential (most platforms and reports are in English).

Requirements:

• Full-time, in-office role based in Tbilisi, Georgia — remote work is not available.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic Excel (you don’t need to be advanced, but you must be confident with simple formulas and organizing data).
• Prior experience in reporting, data entry, or similar work is a plus.
• No advanced marketing knowledge needed — we’ll train you on everything else.
