Andersen is hiring a Backend Developer (.NET) to support a large-scale project. The role focuses on enhancing a cloud-based platform and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, usability, and collaboration for end users.

The customer is a leading provider of meeting management solutions that streamline scheduling, organization, collaboration, and document handling. Their platform helps organizations improve communication, boost productivity, and ensure secure, efficient meeting processes.

The project is focused on improving a cloud-based, end-to-end meeting management platform that supports councils, boards, and committees by increasing transparency, stakeholder participation, and operational efficiency in line with product owner priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and testing software applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Debugging and resolving application issues and bugs.
• Updating and maintaining existing codebases to improve functionality, efficiency, and performance.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.

Must-haves:

• Experience in product development for 3+ years.
• Experience in the following technologies and development languages: C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework, SQL, Git.
• Following SOLID principles, OOP, design patterns.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
