We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to ensure the successful delivery of development projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing requirements, coordinating cross-functional efforts, integrating solutions, and fostering communication between development teams and other departments.
We Expect From You:
- Extensive Business Analysis Experience:
- Proven track record working as a Senior Business Analyst in product companies (2+ years in product environments, 4+ years in Business Analysis).
- At least 3 years of experience working with mobile applications, including data analysis, requirements gathering, and optimizing user experiences.
- Familiarity with both UX and product metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Tools:
- Advanced knowledge of Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience working with teams outside the CIS region.
- User Research Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and A/B testing.
- Strong Soft Skills:
- A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Main Tasks Will Be:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research, including surveys and user interviews, to pinpoint potential issues.
- Requirements and Documentation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and refine requirements.
- Produce high-quality technical and business documentation.
- Presentations and Recommendations:
- Present data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Create comprehensive reports summarizing findings and suggested solutions.
- Collaboration and Implementation:
- Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Provide support and training during implementation, monitoring the impact of changes.
- Evaluation and Improvement:
- Evaluate design and process performance using user feedback, UX metrics, and product metrics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance user experience and product success.
