Responsibilities:
Monitoring dashboards, graphs, and alerts from application monitoring tools
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior engineers and developers
Direct communication with international clients via messaging apps
Work on a 2/2 schedule (10-hour shifts, day/night)
We are looking for someone who:
Highly responsible, attentive to detail, a quick learner, and able to multitask under tight deadlines
Fluent in English and communicates clearly and professionally
Experience in sales or marketing (preferred)
Experience in a call center or technical support (preferred)
