• Manage Tangem’s global ambassador program end-to-end.
• Scale the existing program (50+ ambassadors, dedicated landing page) into a larger, more impactful global initiative.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage ambassadors across key regions: USA, Germany, France, LATAM, India, etc.
• Define ambassador roles, activities, incentives, and expectations.
• Drive ambassador-led initiatives: content, community growth, events, and advocacy.
• Keep ambassadors active, motivated, and aligned with Tangem’s brand and goals.
• Continuously improve processes, tooling, and structure as the program grows.

Who You Are

• Proven experience managing ambassador programs.
• Experience in crypto or Web3 is a strong plus, but not required — as long as you’ve led a high-impact ambassador or advocacy program in an adjacent industry (e.g. fintech, consumer tech, retail, education, or global brands).
• Passion and energy that will inspire everyone around you.
• Strong understanding of community-driven growth and brand advocacy.
• Ability to operate independently and execute without detailed instructions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
