Position Overview

We are looking for a Crypto Business Development Manager (Partnerships) to drive strategic growth through ecosystem partnerships across crypto, DeFi, token projects, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and related verticals.

This role is focused on identifying high-potential partners, structuring win-win collaborations, and delivering measurable impact in terms of MAU growth, B2C and B2B deals, and efficient customer acquisition through partnerships.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in crypto partnerships, a strong industry network, and the ability to independently lead the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing to post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source relevant projects across ecosystems, token communities, DeFi protocols, gaming, Web3 infrastructure, and other crypto verticals.
• Work with both cold and warm introductions, including leveraging and segmenting the existing internal partner database.
• Build and prioritize a structured pipeline of high-impact partnership opportunities.
• Develop tailored value propositions for each partner, from co-marketing collaborations to commercial B2C and B2B deals.
• Prepare partner-facing materials, including partner decks and customized proposals for key segments.
• Lead partnership activation from agreement to go-live.
• Measure impact on MAU growth, B2C/B2B revenue, and CAC through partnerships.
• Conduct post-analysis to evaluate what worked, what did not, and how to scale successful models.

• Number and quality of B2C and B2B deals
• Customer Acquisition Cost via partnership channels
• Pipeline health and conversion rate
• Measurable impact from launched collaborations

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or partnerships within the crypto industry.
• Strong existing network across ecosystems, token projects, DeFi, gaming, or Web3.
• Experience structuring co-marketing and commercial partnership deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance strategic and commercial interests.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing partnership performance.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
