Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Customer Care Manager (Turkish-speaking) to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering top-notch customer support.
Requirements:

Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
Quick Decision-Making: Ability to analyze and resolve issues promptly, even in high-pressure scenarios.
Conflict Resolution Skills: Effectively handle interactions with difficult users and de-escalate potential conflicts.
Professional Communication: Maintain a courteous and friendly tone in all client interactions, including complex situations.
Turkish Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Turkish.
Technical Proficiency: Confident computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chats.
Provide clear and helpful consultations on platform functionality, technical issues, financial processes, and more.
Engage with clients who may reach out without specific questions, addressing concerns, dissatisfaction, or simply maintaining communication.
Strive to meet individual financial targets and contribute to departmental goals for user support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve internal processes.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts: 2 day shifts / 2 days off / 2 night shifts / 2 days off.
