Overview:
We continue to expand the team and is looking for a Data Analyst. We need a true, experienced, and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.
Responsibilities:
- Building new analytics boards with different metrics and maintaining improvements on current and new boards
- Daily monitoring of statistics for certain parameters
- Work on new features that will allow you to get new business metrics
- Analysis and identification of patterns in problems with payments with subsequent reporting
- Analyze transaction data and payment trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and revenue optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Design and maintain data visualization dashboards to provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product development, and client requests
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and payment processing
- Assist in the development and implementation of machine learning models and predictive analytics to enhance payment routing strategies
Requirements:
- Understanding of technologies, protocols, and data formats underlying modern information systems (HTTP, JSON, SQL, REST, etc.)
- Ability to present business and technical issues, ideas, and recommendations in verbal, written, and presentation formats using storytelling and logical arguments
- Understanding the life cycle and software development processes
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and predictive modeling methodologies
- Higher or incomplete higher education, preference for graduates of technical universities
- English, not lower than Upper Intermediate
- Proven experience in data analysis, experience in the fintech or payment processing industry will be a plus
