Digital Marketer will play a pivotal role in driving substantial user acquisition and optimizing various marketing channels. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, creative execution, and analytical rigor, providing a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing digital platform. In this role you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with our marketing and sales team to ensure alignment on our business and marketing goals.

Digital Marketing Strategist will plan and execute all web, SEM, and advertising campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic. Accelerate work in paid marketing, SEO, affiliate, conversion rate optimization, and influencer marketing. Set clear goals and make necessary adjustments to channels.

General goals: increase conversion rates and lead generation metrics. Drive measurable and meaningful top-of-funnel growth & enhance mid-of-funnel marketing techniques as measured by new paying customers.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Shaping and executing comprehensive paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube and etc.) ensuring optimal campaign performance and alignment with KPIs (new leads, new clients, CR, retention, ltv etc). This includes content creation (source, produce/conduct and test creatives for paid ads).

  • Test new channels, managing strategy and execution.

  • Support ongoing SEO efforts by identifying opportunities to ramp up traffic and new customers.

  • Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Сontribute to strengthening content marketing.

  • Work with contractors if needed.

This position implies delivering key responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy.

Due to the remote working format you will be responsible for reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

The work results will be considered as successful if:

  • The company has significantly increased the number of new leads and paying customers through meaningful and effective top-of-funnel growth strategies.

  • You have successfully implemented and optimized campaigns across various channels, demonstrating a high ROI and contributing to the overall growth.
