We’re hiring a Dispatcher to support our fast-paced installation team. You'll coordinate daily tasks, manage schedules, and communicate with both field crews and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign daily tasks to field teams and track progress in ClickUp
Communicate with clients about visit schedules, delays, or rescheduling
Ensure crews are prepared with materials and documentation
Book hotels for traveling installers
Monitor vehicle mileage and document expiration (registration, insurance)
Support project managers with coordination and issue tracking
Review quality of completed work and report problems if needed
Requirements:
1+ year experience in dispatching, logistics, or construction coordination
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confident English (B2 or above)
Comfortable using task management tools (ClickUp or similar)
