Reports to : Operations Manager

Languages :

Excellent command of English (required)

Native speaker of Georgian and/or Russian

Main Responsibilities:

-Lead and accompany tourist groups on daily tours (mainly) and occasionally on multi-day trips across Georgia.

-Provide engaging and informative explanations about Georgian culture, history, and attractions.

-Coordinate timing, logistics, and cooperation with other tour leaders.

-Assist travelers with translation, communication, and on-site support.

-Represent the company professionally with courtesy, enthusiasm, and cultural awareness.

Working Conditions:

-Full-time position

Location: Tbilisi and other major tourist destinations in Georgia

Compensation :

-Fixed salary: 1,200 GEL per month

-Performance bonus (KPI-based): up to 300 GEL per month, based on service quality and guest satisfaction
