We are an IT company successfully operating and expanding in international markets since 2017. Our core activities include software development and web design. To support our business growth, we are looking for a proactive and highly qualified Financial Manager.

Your role will involve providing financial support for the company’s projects and products, managing financial flows, establishing and maintaining a budgeting system, developing and implementing financial strategies, monitoring financial reporting, preparing analytical reports for management, conducting financial risk assessments, and interacting with regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain management reporting, analyze financial indicators, and prepare regular reports for senior management;
  • Organize and oversee internal accounting and auditing.
• Tax and Legal Compliance:
  • Ensure full compliance with Georgian financial and tax legislation;
  • Optimize tax processes and liaise with tax authorities.
• International Transactions:
  • Oversee international contracts, including tax risk assessment and compliance with international regulations;
  • Coordinate with international partners and contractors.
• Operational Financial Management:
  • Establish effective collaboration with local and international banks.
• Process Optimization and Automation:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal financial accounting systems;
  • Ensure transparency and efficiency in financial operations.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position;
• Excellent knowledge of Georgian financial and tax legislation;
• Proven experience working with international companies and foreign trade transactions;
• Strong skills in management reporting, auditing, and internal accounting;
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
• Fluency in Georgian and English; conversational Russian is a plus;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to changes in various business processes;
• High level of responsibility and the ability to make critical financial decisions;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with different company departments.
