Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development – Establish and manage the Chinese Department, build a scalable sales and marketing strategy, and expand market presence.

• Partnership Development – Build and strengthen a network of Chinese partners: clinics, agencies, and medical professionals.

• Sales & Marketing – Execute powerful strategies to increase client flow, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen partnerships.

• Leadership & Team Management – Recruit, train, and lead a team (client managers, translators, medical coordinators). Set new industry standards!

• Process Optimization – Ensure high service standards, operational efficiency, and smooth interaction with Chinese clients.

Who are we looking for?

✔ Leadership Experience – 5+ years in a leadership role in IVF, surrogacy, healthcare, or business development within the Chinese market.

✔ Industry Knowledge – Solid understanding of reproductive medicine, international surrogacy programs, and legal frameworks.

✔ Business Scaling Skills – Proven track record of client acquisition, operational growth, and partnership building.

✔ Chinese Market Expertise – Deep knowledge of local business culture, consumer behavior, and key trends.

✔ Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills – Ability to build trust, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships.

✔ Languages – Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are required; Russian is a plus.
