Our headquarters are in Bavaria, Germany; our IT recruiter team is distributed from Portugal to Kazakhstan. We operate 100% remotely and accept candidates from anywhere, given that your working hours sufficiently overlap with ours.

Responsibilities:

• Search and apply for IT job vacancies on various online platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates in English and Russian, ensuring they receive timely updates and guidance on their applications.
• Address clients' concerns, provide proactive solutions, and ensure a smooth, stress-free job search experience.
• Write and edit cover letters for clients, ensuring their profiles are presented clearly and effectively.
• Provide regular reports to clients on the progress of their job search.
• Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, sending messages to potential employers on behalf of our clients to facilitate interview invitations.

Requirements:

• Experience in client management, case management, career consulting, HR, or IT recruitment.
• Strong communication skills and experience with customer-facing positions.
• A solid understanding of the IT landscape. You know that Java is backend and JavaScript is frontend.
• Strong research skills to find companies and job openings based on client criteria.
• Strong ability to evaluate customers’ skills and qualifications to match them with the right IT job opportunities.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail for composing cover letters tailored to specific roles.
• Proficiency in using online job search platforms and professional networking sites like LinkedIn.
• Fluent in English (B2-C1) and Russian (native).
