We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager (Account Manager) to join our dynamic remote team. The ideal candidate should be based in the EU time zone and will work closely with clients in Cyprus and the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Participate in meetings with the sales manager, providing expertise and assistance as needed.
• Campaign Optimization: Assist clients in improving their campaign efficiency through auditing, implementing new tools, and resolving technical issues.
• Advertising Growth: Monitor and support the achievement of client expenditure plans, fostering growth in advertising spend.
• Technical Solutions: Help with internal technical solutions to improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.
• Client Training: Educate clients on platform features and best practices to maximize their campaign performance.
• Representation: Represent Evido at conferences, meet-ups, and webinars, showcasing our capabilities and success stories.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 level) and fluent in Russian.
• Client Experience: Experience working with clients in any sphere is required. Experience in the advertising sphere will be a significant plus.
• Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
• Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take responsibility for your work.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
• Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and improve their success.
• Stress Management: Ability to manage stress and stay composed under pressure.
• Proactivity: Demonstrated proactivity and ownership of tasks and projects.
