We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Content Marketer to join our remote Marketing team. This is a perfect entry-level opportunity for someone who loves writing, is curious about digital products, and wants to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

Location: Remote
Languages Required: Russian (C2), English (C1+)
Working Hours: Full-time, flexible schedule (GMT +3/+4)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and edit content: Write engaging blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more — in Russian and English.
• Follow the content plan: Deliver materials according to our publishing schedule and deadlines.
• Research: Identify relevant topics and prepare briefs for designers or copywriters as needed.
• Contribute to strategy: Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions.
• Track results: Monitor performance (views, engagement, etc.) and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate closely: Work with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure our content supports business goals.

Who You Are

• Bilingual storyteller: You write clearly and confidently in Russian, and feel comfortable working in English (C1+).
• Structured thinker: You know how to organize information and explain things logically.
• Detail-obsessed: Typos don’t stand a chance with you. Deadlines too.
• Fast learner: New tools, formats, or topics? Bring it on.
• Tech-aware: You’re familiar with basic content tools (Google Docs, Notion) and open to exploring CMS or design platforms.
• You’ve used: Figma, Canva, CapCut, CMS (like WordPress), and direct content marketing tools like Intercom.
• Ad-savvy (nice to have): You know your way around Telegram Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads managers.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year working in a marketing or creative agency — this is a must.
• Mindset: You’re proactive, collaborative, and curious. You don’t just write — you care about the message, the format, and the impact.
