Andersen is hiring a Junior QA Automation Engineer (Java) for a global tech company. The role involves testing an advanced cybersecurity platform that protects users and businesses across mobile and desktop devices.

The project is an innovative cybersecurity platform designed to protect both individuals and business partners by securing mobile and desktop devices and offering optional insurance coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Performing automated testing.
• Identifying and prioritizing test cases for automation.
• Developing and executing automated test plans and cases, ensuring adequate coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
• Participating in all phases of the software development life cycle.

Must-haves:

• Experience in QA for 6+ months.
• Basic knowledge of Java and understanding of OOP principles.
• Familiarity with Playwright or similar test automation frameworks.
• Strong motivation to grow in the field of automated testing.
• Interest in mobile testing and willingness to develop expertise in this area.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
