We are seeking an experienced Lead Backend PHP Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of several PHP developers.
• Design and develop integration architecture with payment systems.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and development of technical standards.
• Mentor team members, plan tasks and deadlines, and conduct 1:1 meetings.
• Analyze and optimize service performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of commercial development experience.
• Excellent knowledge of PHP 8, hands-on experience with Symfony or Laravel.
• Experience in designing APIs (REST/gRPC) and integrating with external services.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Solid experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• 1+ year of experience leading a team of developers.
• Ability to build and optimize development processes and ensure code quality.
• Understanding of microservices architecture principles.
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, and flexibility.

Nice to have:

• Experience integrating with PSP/Acquiring/Wallet systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture design.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Sentry).
