We develop a high-performance call center with a full range of omnichannel features and capabilities based on machine learning. We have integrations with messaging applications and platforms (whatsapp, viber, etc.), with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.), speech recognition, summarization, and more. Our infrastructure is located in Europe, Singapore, USA, and our engineering team has 40+ engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and checklists based on requirements and specifications.
• Create clear and concise test documentation for future reference.
• Prepare and manage test data, configure test environments, and ensure their accuracy and functionality.
• Execute manual testing across various functionalities, identifying and documenting bugs and defects.
• Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve identified issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing, demonstrating strong technical skills and expertise in QA processes.

• Ability to apply various testing methodologies and practices to different projects.

• Confident command of testing methods and practices (BDD, white box, black box, etc.).

• Understanding of the principles of web applications, REST, HTTP, and API.

• Ability to form database queries.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• A proactive and self-motivated learning attitude.

• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.

Nice to have:

• Basic Java automation skills.
• Technical education, such as a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
