LeverX is seeking a motivated Office Manager to become a key part of our team and help us maintain a productive, welcoming, and efficient workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Office maintenance, developing and executing routines to create a high-class and productive office environment

• Front office activities incl. handling telephone calls

• Managing the inventory of office supplies

• Inducting new employees to their workstations

• Personnel record management

• Coordinating correspondence

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.)

Requirements:

• Russian language - native or fluent

• Georgian language (verbal and written) – minimum of upper intermediate (B2) level

• English language (verbal and written) – minimum of intermediate (B1) level

• Basic knowledge in the Accounting and/or Personnel records management

• Experience as a travel manager, executive assistant, or secretary will be a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google services (Atlassian Software will be a plus)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure

• Proactive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently

• Responsibility, sociability, passion for work, and initiative
