Now we look for an experienced Patent Lawyer to join our Legal department remotely out of Russia or relocation to Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our business development team to identify inventions and innovations eligible for patent protection;
- Develop and execute strategic patent filing strategies aligned with our company's goals;
- Conduct thorough patentability assessments and invention disclosures
- Prepare and prosecuting patent applications to navigate the patent approval process effectively;
- Maintain and oversee our intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights;
- Conduct comprehensive IP landscape analyses to identify opportunities and potential risks related to competitor patents and emerging technologies;
- Be the point of contact for external consultants with regards to patent related matters.
Requirements:
- Law Degree; IT related Master's or Ph.D will be considered an advantage.
- Previous patent law firm proven experience of at least 5 years;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to think independently and fully integrate into a high achieving team environment.
