At Pushwoosh, we build an omnichannel marketing platform that helps businesses engage with their customers through push notificatoms, emails, in-apps and other channels. We build tools to orchestrate campaigns, use advanced segmentation, and meaningful analytics.

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to launch and scale Paid Search, Display, and Referral channels. This high-impact role requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS and an AI-first approach to marketing automation and optimization.

What you'll be doing:

Own and manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of our new performance channels:

  • Paid Search (PPC): Develop and manage search campaigns focused on high-intent user acquisition.
  • Display: Strategize and execute effective retargeting and remarketing campaigns using all available resources to maximize conversion efficiency.
  • Referral: Drive growth via strategic platform launches (e.g., Product Hunt), and manage/optimize our presence on top industry review sites and SaaS directories/catalogs.

Apply an AI-first mindset to automate and optimize campaign management, bidding, and reporting;

Monitor and analyze channel performance, ensuring campaigns consistently meet strict unit economics goals and deliver a high ROI;

Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and a seamless user experience;

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B customer acquisition.
  • Essential experience working in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally within MarTech).
  • Deep understanding of unit economics and how marketing efforts contribute to overall business profitability.
  • Proven ability to implement and promote an AI-driven approach to marketing (e.g., using AI tools for creative advertising, copywriting, automation, predictive analytics, etc.).
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing process automation.
  • Experience with n8n would be a big plus.
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search and Display networks) and other relevant PPC platforms.
  • Experience with Product Hunt launches and managing listings on review/directory platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
