We’re hiring a Performance Manager / Customer Success Manager to join our remote team to support the rapid growth of our enterprise client segment and large-scale Meta campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performance Campaign Management: Lead Meta advertising campaigns with monthly budgets ranging from $100,000 to $300,000.
• Strategic Media Planning: Develop and present media plans tailored to client objectives.
• Audits & Technical Reviews: Conduct in-depth audits of client assets — including ad campaigns, pixels, SDKs, and platform integrations.
• Client Communication: Host regular calls with clients to align on performance, next steps, and strategic goals.
• Reporting & Presentations: Create detailed performance reports and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Expert Support: Provide consultative, technical support to clients even when not managing campaigns directly.

What We’re Looking For

• Meta Expert: Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads — including structure, analytics, and campaign optimization for enterprise-level accounts.
• Data-Driven: Strong understanding of advertising analytics and client KPIs.
• Technically Minded: You enjoy diving into ad accounts, experimenting, and keeping up with Meta’s constant updates.
• Quick Learner: Comfortable adapting to new tools and changes in a fast-paced adtech environment.
• Client-Focused: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a genuine desire to help clients grow.
• Team Player: Takes ownership of tasks and thrives in a collaborative team setting.
• Languages: Fluent Russian and confident English (B2 level or higher).

Nice to Have

• Experience with other platforms such as Google Ads or TikTok Ads
• Prior work in advertising agencies, especially in client success or account management roles
• A track record of growing client budgets, retention, and case study-worthy results
