Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

Responsibilities

• ​​Develop and execute goal-driven Google Ads strategies through keyword research and competitor analysis;
• Set up, manage, and optimize various campaign types while monitoring performance, running A/B tests, and adjusting bids and budgets to maximize ROI;
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools, generate reports with insights, and analyze conversion funnels to improve lead quality;
• Create high-converting ad copy, collaborate on display and video creatives, and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies;
• Collaborate on landing page optimization using A/B testing and behavior tools to boost conversions and enhance user experience;
• Efficiently manage budgets and optimize bidding strategies to maximize performance and minimize wasted ad spend;
• Stay updated on Google Ads trends, test new tools and strategies, and continuously build expertise through training and industry events.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management;
• Expertise in PPC Platforms – Google Ads, Microsoft Ads;
• SEO & SEM Knowledge – understanding how PPC integrates with search engine marketing;
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager – experience in setting up and tracking conversions;
• Bid Management Tools – familiarity with tools like Google Ads Editor;
• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis – using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner;
• A/B Testing & Performance Optimization – testing ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies;
• Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns;
• Creativity – designing compelling ad copy and visuals;
• Strong Communication & collaboration is MUST – working with teams, clients, or stakeholders.
