PPC Specialist (Remote, International B2C/B2B Projects)

Location: Remote | Company: Yesim | Type: Full-time

Yesim, an international product IT company, is looking for a motivated and talented PPC Specialist to join our remote team.
We develop a mobile solution that provides first-class mobile internet for corporate and private travellers in 200+ countries around the world.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will take full ownership of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns for both B2C (App/Web) and B2B markets across international geographies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Setting up, launching and optimizing PPC campaigns in Google Ads

• Managing and analyzing campaign performance to meet KPIs (conversions, ROAS)

• Tracking and improving key advertising metrics

• Collaborating with the team on creative testing and user acquisition strategies

• Preparing regular reports and insights to improve future campaign outcomes

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ year of experience in a dedicated PPC role

• Proven track record managing projects with budgets of $30,000+/month (be ready to share real cases)

• Experience working with international markets and digital products

• English level B2+ or higher – strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager

• Deep understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies

• Attention to detail, proactivity, and data-driven thinking
