The opened vacancy implies becoming a part of Zion Development’s flagship product – a fintech platform that gives access to the multifunctional ecosystem for working with finances and crypto.

We’re looking for a PR and reputation Manager to be the voice and shield of our brand. As a 10-year fintech company with millions of users, we operate in the spotlight, and you’ll help us stay one step ahead.
You’ll own our media relations strategy, craft product-driven press releases, launch data-backed projects, and proactively guard our reputation across every platform where our audience listens, scrolls, or searches. Your north star: sustained growth in brand awareness and positive sentiment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and expand relationships with tier-1 and niche media outlets (business, finance, crypto, fintech, tech)
• Pitch product stories, company milestones, and expert commentary to secure high-quality coverage
• Monitor earned, owned, and social channels for brand mentions
• Design and execute research studies, surveys, and data-driven reports that position us as an industry authority
• Own our presence on key review sites (Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, etc), ensuring profiles are fully optimized and on-brand
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Social Media teams to resolve issues before they escalate
• Drive proactive review-generation campaigns (email nurtures, in-product prompts, post-onboarding outreach) to boost volume, recency, and average star rating.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in PR, communications, or reputation management—ideally in tech, web3, or digital products
• Native-level written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create high-quality, clear, and engaging content
• Proven track record of securing coverage in top-tier media
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; able to translate complex product features into clear, compelling narratives
• Data-driven mindset; confident turning coverage metrics into strategy tweaks
• Strong project-management chops—comfortable juggling multiple launches, deadlines, and stakeholders
