Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a QA Automation Engineer (Java) to work on a large-scale project for our Austrian clients.

The customer is a global B2B2C insurance and assistance leader offering global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, automotive and maintenance. The company offers high-tech products and solutions that go beyond traditional insurance and are easily integrated into partners' businesses or sold directly to clients through the company's brands.

The project is the development of a platform for implementing an innovative system to manage master contracts and open policies. This system will enable efficient management of various aspects of insurance contracts and policies, as well as provide a comprehensive toolkit for handling business partners and processing claims and insurance cases effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with developers to communicate defects and actively participating in replicating bugs.
• Testing process planning (test strategy and test plan preparation, estimation and prioritization).
• Clarifying, defining, and analyzing project requirements.
• Reviewing, editing, adding, and improving test cases.
• Performing various testing types: functional, non-functional, regression, cross-platform, automated API, and GUI.
• Working with an admin panel.
• Bug reporting and defects validating.
• Preparing and presenting test summary reporting (weekly, monthly reports).
• Checking the status of tests daily depending on the runtime environment (QA Stage daily, UAT (PreProd) every two weeks).
• Writing test cases and autotests in collaboration with the team.
• Manually test tasks and tests before writing them.
• Regularly updating autotests to reflect changes and improvements.
• Keep tracking the task backlog.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience as a QA Automation Engineer (Java) for 3+ years.
• Commercial experience with Jenkins for 1+ year.
• Strong skills in Automated API testing and Automated GUI testing.
• Strong skills in functional, non-functional and cross-platform testing.
• Commercial experience in Selenium.
• Commercial experience with Rest Assured, Test NG.
• Commercial experience with Postman.
• Commercial experience with SOAP UI, SOAP service.
• Commercial experience with SQuirrel SQL.
• Commercial experience with Jackson.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
