Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer to work on a global beauty & wellness booking platform. The role focuses on improving platform quality and user experience as it scales and evolves on Salesforce Service Cloud.

The customer is an international provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, offering digital tools for scheduling and client management in the personal services sector. The platform supports both service providers and their clients, helping businesses improve operational efficiency while giving end users a simple and convenient way to arrange appointments.

The project is focused on enhancing the largest and fastest growing booking platform that connects beauty, wellness and health professionals with local customers, powering hundreds of millions of appointments each year. This platform currently uses Service Cloud for both sales and service, with sales processes running primarily through Cases and Opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, maintaining, and executing test plans and test cases for Salesforce implementations.
• Preparing detailed test reports and communicating testing outcomes to project stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners for quality delivery.
• Proactively identifying potential risks and issues in the Salesforce system and contributing to process improvements.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on manual testing for 2+ years.
• Hands-on experience with TestRail, Jira, and Confluence.
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience testing Cases, Service Console, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and SLAs.
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder) and ability to validate configurations, workflows, and permissions.
• Strong skills in test case design, defect management, and collaboration with developers and business stakeholders.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI).
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment/release processes.
• Knowledge of custom objects, validation rules, and workflow automation.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
