Andersen is hiring a React Native Developer to build a new insurance mobile app from scratch, implementing UI modules, offline features, and integrations for both iOS and Android.

The customer is a large insurance provider offering a wide range of general and savings-oriented products for both individual and corporate clients. The organization demonstrates strong financial performance, invests in digital transformation—including AI, automation, and multichannel services—and collaborates with international partners to enhance the quality of its solutions.

The project is the end-to-end development of a new mobile application from scratch through release, following an Agile/Scrum approach. The work includes implementing modules based on Figma designs, enabling offline data caching, and performing integration and functional testing on both iOS and Android.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining a cross-platform mobile application using React Native (iOS and Android).
• Collaborating closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Working with the designer to implement responsive and consistent UI/UX.
• Participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews as part of the Scrum process.
• Optimizing application performance and ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Supporting app deployment to the App Store and Google Play, including build configuration and release management.

Must-haves:

• Experience with React Native experience for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React hooks, and state management (Redux or similar).
• Experience working with native modules for iOS/Android and integrating third-party libraries.
• Understanding of the mobile application lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and secure data handling practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
