In 2024 after analyzing the company's growth over the past years and forecasting future development, we are expanding our team and actively seeking an experienced Recruiter to join us.

Responsibilities

• Attracting candidates for Junior and Middle Level positions
• Crafting candidate profiles effectively
• Leveraging specialized sources to build candidate pipelines
• Employing diverse recruitment methods tailored to the respective level of personnel
• Guiding candidates through the hiring funnel with care
• Meeting vacancy closure deadlines
• Initiating search processes promptly
• Creating job protocols, test assignments, and criteria for probationary period completion

Requirements

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze hiring data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Experience working with a wide range of positions, including sales roles
• Fluent English (C1)
• Organized, results-oriented, works with urgency
• Relevant full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience in international companies or agencies is a plus
• Relevant work experience of active recruitment for at least 2 years
