VILLACARTE GROUP – а group of companies founded in 2012. It includes development projects such as Layan Green Park, LaVista Villas and Layan Verde, VillaCarte agency, proptech project Sabai, and La Green hotel.

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager with relocation to Phuket.

Description
  • Developing sales strategies
  • Building client and agent relationship
  • Driving revenue growth
Responsibilities
  • Implement effective sales strategies
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Negotiate contacts and close deals with customers
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager
  • Strong understanding of sales perfomance
  • Excellent negotiation? communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Advanced english
Nice to have
  • Experience in real estate business

5/2 9 to 6pm at our sales office
