As a Sales Representative, you will assist our clients from Canada, Australia & New Zealand and help them to place new orders through calls.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, reminder calls and chats with professionalism and sales orientation

• Assist customers in placing new orders over the phone

• Deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets

You are expected to:

• Strong spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• 1+ year in Sales experience;
• Proficiency with Word, Excel;
• Good communication skills;
• Ability for self-organization and time management

• French proficiency will be considered a priority during the selection process
