• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.
• Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycle: ASAP, Activate, or similar methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• English B2+.

• Experience in managing SAP projects.
• Knowledge of foreign languages.

• Support project planning by assisting with timelines, deliverables, and tracking progress against milestones, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate daily activities, including stand-ups, status meetings, and task assignments across teams.
• Maintain project documentation such as meeting notes, status reports, change requests, and RAID logs, ensuring version control of project files, requirements documents, and testing materials.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.
• Organize meetings and workshops, handling scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding, timesheet tracking, and basic budget monitoring and forecasting.
