Inktech - an international IT product holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to establish innovative tech and marketing solutions worldwide. We provide our clients with efficient solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar;

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst/Product owner;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with software developers, and other team members, and to extract relevant information for document creation;

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholder gourps simultaneously;

• Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;

• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);

• Strong decomposition skills;

• Good knowledge of Atlassian Suite (Jira and Confluence)

• Experience in wireframing using Miro, draw.io, Balsamiq or similar tools;

• Possession of a structured, process- and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems;

• Proactivity is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the iteration rollout project;

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs;

• Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation;

• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features, addressing any questions or concerns that arise during the development process;

• Conduct regular reviews and demos of the product with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate progress;

• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives;

• Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog based on changing market conditions, customer feedback, and business priorities;

• Provide guidance and support to the development team, helping to remove any obstacles or barriers to success;

• Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Nice to have:

• Upper-Intermediate English level, or higher;

• Experience in iGaming domain.
