Our partner-company Blueground is a global proptech company providing fully furnished apartments for rent starting from 1 month.

We have launched the Blueground franchise in Kuala Lumpur and are currently assembling a strong local team.

This is a brand-new role; we are building the foundation of the team and looking for a specialist who can competently set up marketing from scratch.

Focus for the first months:

• Carefully analyze current channels and demand
• Launch a transparent sales funnel
• Set up CRM and lead tracking
• Test the potential of classifieds and other sources
• Prepare the structure of the future marketing department
• Create basic SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure stable and clear operations

Responsibilities:

• Launching and developing lead generation channels (classifieds, site, social media, SEO)
• Working with aggregators: correct descriptions, photos, and positioning of properties
• Setting up email communications
• Participation in pricing and revenue management
• Working with CRM Front
• Creating a clear funnel: from source to conversion
• Analyzing channel effectiveness and regular adjustments
• Interacting with contractors (SMM, production, SEO)
• Documenting processes, creating SOPs
• Later: Participation in the hiring of the marketing team and handing over some tasks to new specialists.

Requirements:

• Proficient English must have, knowledge of Russian, Malay or Chinese is a plus
• Understanding of the Southeast Asian (SEA) market or work experience in the region
• Practical experience in SEO, performance, lead generation, or related fields
• Ability to build processes and work hands-on
• Skill in analyzing channels and funnels
• Experience with CRM or project management systems
• Independence, accuracy, structured thinking

• Office or remote job (from anywhere in the world, but it is important to be in touch with the team during working hours)
• Contract: Freelance or local employment
• Salary: Fix + KPI (€2000 to €3000/month, payments in any currency)
• Schedule: 5/2, full time
