Обязанности:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth within the gambling industry.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they align with business objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
• Brand Development: Collaborate with senior management to build and maintain a strong corporate brand identity.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including agencies, to support marketing initiatives.
• Budget Oversight: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively and efficiently.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, preparing and delivering engaging presentations.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights.

Требования:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in senior marketing roles within the gambling industry.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Experience across both online and offline marketing channels.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in budget management and working with external agencies.
• Excellent analytical skills to guide strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel as required.
