Required skills:

• 5+ years of functional consulting experience with SAP IBP modules, including 2+ full-cycle SAP IBP implementations from estimation to solution delivery.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and SAP integration points.
• Experience in configuring and designing solutions across IBP modules.
• Integration experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• English B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Relevant certifications: SAP Certified Associate — SAP IBP for Supply Chain.
• responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle SAP IBP implementation projects, from business requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Design and configure IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization based on client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP IBP and S/4HANA or ECC systems.
• Conduct client workshops, provide expert guidance, and translate business needs into scalable IBP solutions.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
• Support system testing (SIT/UAT), identify and resolve configuration or data issues, and guide clients through the validation process.
