N1 Partners Group is a rapidly growing IT product company which always welcomes professionals in various areas of IT and iGaming to join the team. We are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals, who are willing to share their thoughts and ideas with like-minded people and get additional knowledge and experience in return.

Responsibilities:
- searching for and attracting new partners in thematic public pages, forums, chats, exhibitions (SEO traffic);
- work with Tier1 markets;
- managing and developing existing partners;
- consultation with partners on setup, statistics and traffic analytics;
- monthly check-ups (commissions) and control incoming traffic, suppress fraud (with the help of company tools and an analytic team);
- traffic reporting;
- checking brand placement and reviews on partner sites;
- agreeing on placement for the next month in a timely manner;
- fulfilment of planned KPIs indicators by using company tools;
- participation in international exhibitions, presentation of our products on the exhibitions.

Hard skills:
- 1+ years of proven SEO traffic experience working with Tier 1 in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming/gambling industry);
- experience with Revshare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat fee, listing commission models;
- ability to work with analytics tools to measure traffic and conversions from campaigns;
- ability to work with Google Sheets;

Will be a plus: own hot base of partners with who you can start cooperation (Tier1).

Soft skills:
- fluency in the English language (B2-C1);
- the Russian language (B2-C1);
- stress resistance, conflict resolution;
- multitasking, organization skills;
- ability to establish long-term relationships with partners.

Work conditions:
- work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta, Serbia;
- remote full-time work or work from a comfortable office, flexible schedule;
