Primary Responsibilities:

Required work experience: 1+ years

Full-time, shift work schedule (day and night shifts)

Work responsibilities:

Supporting company employees and company services.
Channels for receiving requests – E-mail, Teams, corporate channels.
Maintaining the functionality of workstations and peripheral equipment.
Conducting preliminary user training.
Maintaining technical documentation.
Troubleshooting through remote connections.

Requirements:

Fluent English.

Ability to communicate politely and respectfully with company employees. Confident knowledge of computer hardware, office equipment, and network equipment.

Experience in administering OS Windows, Mac Os and Linux OS
Deep knowledge in the field of diagnosing faults in local networks (understanding of the TCP/IP model, DNS, DHCP).
Deep knowledge of VPN technologies.
Assigning IP addresses within the local subnet.

Proficient skills in Thunderbird, MS Office suite, Redmine, OpenVPN, TCP/IP (including network troubleshooting), softphones.
