ZiMAD is a US mobile game publisher and developer that has been at the forefront of the gaming industry since 2009. We are looking for a Unity Developer to join our friendly team of experts. Our primary focus is on developing mobile casual 2D games.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the logic of new gameplay mechanics
• Incorporate assets prepared by the Tech-Art/VFX department into the project
• Integrate and updаtеthird-party modules in the project
• Develop tools for technical artists and level designers
• Develop and support client/server interaction
• Solve problems and optimize performance and resource usage.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of commercial app development experience, with teamwork skills
• Proven track record of successfully released apps (Android/iOS)
• Proficiency in C# and .NET
• Firm understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Experience in developing client/server apps (Client + Photon Self Hosting Server)
• English language skills sufficient for reading technical documentation
• Experience with Git, understanding Git flow.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with third-party SDKs
• Experience with delivering content through bundles
• Experience with MySQL/Redis
• Ability to create clean, modular code
• Agility in comprehending unfamiliar code
• Focus on delivering results within reasonable timeframes
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth.

We support the idea of solutions implemented in one project being reusable in subsequent ones, and we value the deliberate use of design patterns and principles.

We will ask you to provide examples of such code (just a few samples suitable for sharing). If this is not possible, we may request you to complete a small test assignment.
