We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will enhance the UX of our product - one of the most popular sites on the Internet. You'll increase user satisfaction, boost competitiveness, and support our teams in creating innovative solutions tailored to the needs and expectations of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to identify their needs and behaviors;
• Analyzing and interpreting data collected during research to generate insights and recommendations for UX improvements;
• Collaborating closely with design, development, and product management teams to implement UX solutions;
• Testing prototypes and conducting usability tests;
• Developing and maintaining user profiles, usage scenarios, and user journey maps;
• Keeping up-to-date with best practices and trends in UX.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a UX researcher;
• Deep knowledge and experience in conducting research, testing design solutions, and familiarity with various methodologies (qualitative and quantitative, from conducting to delivering insights);
• Experience in presenting results to internal stakeholders (product teams, designers, etc.);
• Experience in creating UX documentation;
• Experience in quickly creating clickable prototypes based on static mockups;
• Proficiency with prototyping tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, etc.);
• Impeccable communication skills, ability to clearly communicate research findings and UX value to different stakeholders;
• Proactivity, self-organization, and innovation;
• Presentation skills;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Advanced English.
