Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a VIP Specialist. We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

About Product:

SOFTSWISS Managed Services
A part of SOFTSWISS solutions offered to clients to facilitate their iGaming brand growth.

Key responsibilities:

Manage VIP Relationships: Foster personalized, long-term relationships.
Provide Top Support: Offer tailored assistance to VIP players.
Exclusive Promotions: Create and execute VIP-targeted promotions.
Monitor Activity: Track and analyze player behavior.
Onboard New VIPs: Identify and recruit high-value players.
Cross-Team Coordination: Work with support, retention, and anti-fraud teams.
Report KPIs: Track and report on VIP performance.
Retention Strategies: Develop plans to keep VIPs engaged.
Ensure Compliance: Monitor responsible gaming practices.
Work on a 5/2 schedule with floating days off, 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

Fluency in English (B2+)
Analytical skills.
Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms.
Knowledge of the iGaming industry and player behavior trends

Nice to have:

Proven experience in CRM within the iGaming industry will be a plus
