Atlassian suite integration project

I worked with different Atlassian APIs. My task was to pull employee work logs and other info from Jira and reconcile it with the internal company accounting system. I created a module in WPF to handle user input, obtain data from API and process it. The data was represented to the user for their approval and then merged into the accounting using API. The task included working with the local filesystem to store/parse json files.

OMDb-like site

The customer wanted a clone of OMDb site with some tweaks. My task was to pull film data like title, genre, actors etc from OMDb using OMDb API, store it in the database and create a simple HTML representation, later adapted by a frontend dev.

Transliteration project

As part of a bigger client project, my task was to implement the reversible transliteration algorithm. The challenge was that the algorithm has to be fully reversible. I.e. I transliterate a string from a Russian to an English dictionary. When transliterated back, it had to be exactly the original string.

Video editing application

Development of a desktop application based on vue technology for uploading video content to firebase storage servers with editing and tagging functions. Study of possibilities to speed up video uploading process, feasibility study regarding RAID storage model, sequential and gradual implementation of Striping, Mirroring.
