We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to take full ownership of relationships with casino operators, drive retention, and maximize revenue growth for our B2B software solutions.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with casino operators.
Ensure products are optimally positioned and promoted on client platforms.
Track project timelines and communicate game releases and updates.
Analyze performance data to execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact and sync with support to resolve issues.
Conduct product demonstrations and introduce marketing tools.
Coordinate and participate in industry expos and corporate events.
???? Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry (mandatory).
Solid understanding of B2B sales and relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Proactive, highly organized, and client-oriented mindset.
Readiness to travel for international conferences.
