KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle accounting and performance tracking for RevShare and CPI affiliate programs
• Onboard partners, both from incoming registrations and through cold outreach
• Communicate with affiliates on forums and specialized chat groups to build and maintain strong relationships
• Analyze traffic quality and ROI to optimize performance and profitability
• Manage direct placements, including partner research and negotiations

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ year of experience in affiliate programs or traffic sources
• Solid understanding of key metrics: ROI, LTV, CPA, CPI, CR, CTR, etc
• Hands-on experience with platforms like PowerBI, AppsFlyer, Affise
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, and Google Slides
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
