Responsibilities:

• Support teams with interpretation and application of IFRS and GAAP standards;
• Review financial statements and ensure consistency with internal and external reporting requirements;
• Assist in development and maintenance of accounting methodology guidelines;
• Help prepare technical accounting memos and documentation;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues;
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• 4+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or technical accounting;
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Big Four or international audit firms;
• ACCA/CPA/CA certification;
• Experience working with cross-border teams or international clients.
