Who we are looking for:

We’re after someone who checks most of these boxes (don’t sweat it if you’re not 100% - we love potential!):

• 2.5+ years of dev experience (or less if you’re a rockstar with standout skills)
• Killer skills in .NET Core and JS/TS (React.js or Vue.js experience is a win) (could consider switch from other languages if you are ready for an extra push and ok to share transfer losses with us)
• CS basics on lock - think algorithms, data structures, multithreading, reactivity, and a curious, problem-solving brain
• Open-minded, team-loving, and ready to vibe with our excellence-driven culture
• Hungry to grow and committed to the journey

Bonus Points (Show Off a Little!)

• Blogging, open-source contributions, or StackOverflow cred
• Math/physics/CS competitions experience or a top-tier university degree

Salary range: 1000 - 2500 USD (based on skills, Stable salary + Bonus + Token-based equity)
